Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Jikandori platform, provided by Giobbi Francesco("we", "Jikandori"). By registering or continuing to use the service, you fully accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the platform.

Jikandori is a SaaS booking-management platform for professionals and studios (massage therapists, physiotherapists, osteopaths, holistic practitioners and similar), letting you manage professionals, locations, services, availability, and online bookings.

You need an account to use the organisation or professional features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

New organisations can use a 30-day free trial, with no payment method required at sign-up. A payment method is only requested toward the end of the trial period, to continue using the service.

Subscription payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record: Paddle is the authorized reseller of our products and is responsible for collecting payments, issuing invoices, and calculating/remitting applicable taxes (e.g. VAT).

Terms relating to renewal, payment methods, currencies, and tax handling are also governed by Paddle's buyer terms, which apply alongside these Terms of Service. For refund conditions, see our Refund Policy.

When using the service, you agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• send spam or unsolicited content through the platform;
• infringe our or third parties' intellectual property;
• interfere with the security of the service (e.g. malware, unauthorized scanning, automated scraping).

The Jikandori software, documentation, branding, and content remain our exclusive property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service according to your subscribed plan.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates, giving notice where reasonably possible.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g. wilful misconduct or gross negligence).

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of material breach of these terms, non-payment, security/fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. In case of material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the platform. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to consumer-forum rules where applicable, or otherwise to the jurisdiction of the seller's place of residence.
